Role: AI Technical Lead / Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and Architect the product/solution primarily using ML / AI platforms
• Ensuring customer requirements are translated into functional/ technical specifications and detailed level designs.
• Ensuring the product/solution architecture is scalable and extensible
• Ensuring product/solution deployment architecture leverages the latest technologies and support both on-premise and cloud deployments
• Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance
• Constantly upgrading the product with evolving technology and customer requirements
• Partner with our customers to identify the best-customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of AI/ML on an enterprise-level
• Estimating costs and preparing business cases, technical proposals for IT solutions, giving due consideration to infrastructure, licensing, development, and support
• Lead the development team using Agile methodology
• Lead and mentor small & large teams of developers
• Leverage the tools required to track development, bugs and other development lifecycle steps.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Overall 8 to 10 years of experience including a minimum of 3 years in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead, or architect)
• Experience in leading engineering teams
• Experience in defining and implementing Machine Learning as a strategy and solution architecture for at least 2 customers.
• Experience in full stack programming languages and frameworks
• Should be equipped with knowledge of latest products/ offerings by AI Platform Providers
• Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes
• Assist development team in resolving technical problems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to layman audiences
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
• Results-oriented with the ability to produce products/solutions that deliver organizational benefit
• Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy with the ability to design IT solutions to deliver that strategy
